Your Commercial Concrete Company For Over 40 Years.
The History of Phil Neto Construction
Original founder of Phil Neto Construction (PNC), Phil Neto immigrated to the United States in 1968 from Aveiro, Portugal, in search of the American Dream. He began working in the construction industry as a bricklayer and in 1983 he and his wife, Aida, began PNC.
Phil and Aida’s vision of leaving a legacy for their children laid the unshakable foundation for PNC from its outset. And as their three children (Christopher, Regina, and Cynthia) grew older, they required that all children spend time working for the family business.
The children worked after school and when not otherwise engaged in after-school activities. As adults, Christopher, Regina, and Cynthia continued working within the business.
When the time came for Phil and Aida to take a step back, they did so with the confidence that their children were prepared to carry on and grow the family business for generations to come.
Phil Neto Construction Today
Today, Christopher, Regina, and Cynthia carry the very same values, goals, and beliefs that their parents set in place over 40 years ago. In fact, the company still operates with the same “family business” mindset.
Since taking over ownership from their parents, PNC has expanded into a multi-million-dollar enterprise treating its employees as the top priority.
Phil Neto Construction believes that treating our employees like family fosters better morale, higher productivity, and creates an environment built on loyalty, trust, and respect.
